During the DESY Users meeting a workshop was held on January 21, 2025 where focus was on “Access to Synchrotron Radiation through EU Projects”.

Three EU projects were presented:

• RIANA – project: Nanoscience and Nanotechnology,
• ReMade@ARI: REcyclable MAterials DEvelopment and
• NFFA-Europe: Multidisciplinary frontier research at the nanoscale reaching into the microworld.
  
  

These EU-funded projects provide access to many instruments, from electron microscopes to ion accelerators, and the possibilities were presented in several lectures.
