RIANA Users’ Meeting Launches in Crete
The first RIANA Users’ Meeting officially kicked off today at the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH) in Heraklion, Crete, Greece.
Over the course of this two-day event, RIANA users are presenting results generated through access to the project’s Research Infrastructures. The showcased work spans a wide range of disciplines—from the multidisciplinary analysis of particulate matter, to advanced 3D surface and interface characterization of functional materials, and the application of innovative techniques to study interactions between nano-, bio-, and microplastics and marine organisms such as bacteria and diatoms.
The meeting provides a valuable platform to showcase achievements and project results, exchange ideas, and discuss potential projects and applications with fellow researchers, RIANA Junior Scientists and RIANA facility members.
Stay tuned for more updates from the RIANA community in the coming days!
