Next Generation of Nanoscience Talent at 2nd RIANA Training School on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology

This week, the 2nd RIANA Training School on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology welcomed an outstanding group of young researchers from around the world at Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) in Dresden.

Students and early-career scientists from a wide range of countries, backgrounds, and disciplines gathered to learn, exchange ideas, and gain hands-on experience with advanced techniques in nanoscience and nanotechnology.

From ion beam analysis and FIB instrumentation to nanofabrication and laser–matter interactions, participants had the opportunity to interact directly with leading experts and state-of-the-art research infrastructures.

International participation is at the heart of RIANA. By bringing together talented researchers from across the globe, we are building a diverse and connected community ready to tackle the scientific and technological challenges of tomorrow.

A big thank you to all lecturers, organisers, and participants who made this training school such a vibrant and inspiring event!
